Certifications

CERTIFICATIONS 

HSA Systems do not only adhere to national regulations and requirements, we already go a long way to ensure that our products and manufacturing standards live up to the highest standards. All HSA Systems product components holds an internationally recognised certification and we use third party audits to verify the quality of our operations.

The assembly of custom-designed solutions, as well as systems such as mail tables and print & verification units, are manufactured and assembled by HSA Systems in Odense, Denmark. The production and assembly of these units are subject to internal tests and quality checks.

ISO 9001 CERTIFICATION

ISO 9001 is defined as the international standard that specifies requirements for a quality management system (QMS). Organizations use the standard to demonstrate the ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements.

HSA Systems' manufacturing subsidiary in the Czech Republic is ISO 9001 certified. Most of our controllers, printheads and accessories are manufactured and assembled in this department.

RoHS

RoHS is the acronym for Restriction of Hazardous Substances. RoHS, also known as Directive 2002/95/EC, originated in the European Union and restricts the use of specific hazardous materials found in electrical and electronic products.

HSA Systems only uses RoHS-approved components in our products.

REACH

REACH is a regulation of the European Union, adopted to improve the protection of human health and the environment from the risks that can be posed by chemicals, while enhancing the competitiveness of the EU chemicals industry.

Supplied inks and similar products adhere to regulations under the EU REACH regulations.

CE MARKING

CE marking is a certification mark that indicates conformity with health, safety, and environmental protection standards for products sold within the European Economic Area (EEA). The CE marking is also found on products sold outside the EEA that are manufactured in, or designed to be sold in, the EEA.

All HSA Systems' products are produced, tested and documented to meet the requirements in the relevant EU Standards and Regulations in order to qualify for the CE Marking.
