Our department for development of software and vision in Aalborg is cooperating with Aalborg University. Over the years, students from Aalborg University have taken internships or written projects at HSA Systems.
For the student, an internship at HSA Systems is an opportunity to gain experience and enhance his or her academic skills in practice. We have the experience to mentor the student, and the student brings new ideas and knowledge, allowing us to always be innovative.
We have employed many interns at HSA Systems after an internship or a project, and we benefit from this by gaining innovative, highly educated developers.
HSA Systems and its employees take part in the Eventyrløb, which is an annual run of 5 or 10 km taking place in Odense, Denmark.
It is the biggest running event in Denmark, where companies and private persons participate. It takes place each year at Ascension Day in May.
After completing either the 5 or 10 km run, HSA employees and family members round up the day with a BBQ.

HSA Systems Sarl in France takes part in a volunteer project in cooperation with a guide dog school in Paris.
Our role is to accommodate dogs that will be trained to be guide dogs for the blind and visually impaired. We take care of the dogs for about a year, from the time they are small puppies of about three months and until they are big enough to go to guide dog school.
Our job is to teach the dog some basic skills, like sitting down at pedestrian crossings, going to the supermarket, taking the train etc., which are all skills the dogs will need in their future careers as guide dogs.
When the dogs graduate from the guide dog school, they are given to blind people for free.
