Warranties
Generally, HSA Systems provides 24 months warranty on HSAJET® HP TIJ 2.5 printers and 12 months warranty on HSAJET® Piezo printheads.
Consumables, such as ink supplied in bottles and in cartridges, have individual warranty periods. The warranty period is indicated on the cartridge or on the bottle.
