HSAJET® MCX Compact

The Unique Solution for a Compact Production Environment
MCX Compact is a small, compact solution easy to integrate into production units where space is limited or where a small compact solution is desired. Ideal for integration on label dispensers, flow packers, webs or production lines. 

The touch controller can either be installed on the side of the Compact printer for a small compact solution, or separately on the production line. 

Up to 2'' Print Height
MCX Compact printers are available in four versions for print heights of up to 2''. 

Automate Operation via Remote Control
Achieve enhanced user control of the print job and dataflow via remote control. The remote protocol allows third-party applications and PLC controllers to automate certain tasks on the MCX. 

The MCX Compact Print System Consists of: 

  • HSAJET MCX 4.3" Touch Controller (standard or panel mount version)
  • HSAJET MCX Compact Printes (1 - 4 pens)
  • MCX UniDraw for Windows
  • Brackets for easy installation, ink cartridges, sensors, encoders, beacons, etc. of your choice.

Easy Operation from the Intuitive Touch User Interface
MCX printers are operated from the intuitive MCX Touch Controller. With its compact size, the touch controller is designed to easily fit into any production environment and at the same time it allows for easy operation of the print system. 

The touch controller is also available as a panel mount version specially designed for integration into production units.

The intuitive MCX UniDraw Software has all the features you need for easy print job design. From the software you can setup whatever print job you need for easy marking of your products and packaging with a large variety of product information. 

Large range of ink cartridges with smart card technology
A wide range of inks for different applications is available: Black and coloured inks, water-based for porous substrates as well as solvent-based inks for non-porous substrates.
